Job Description: Job Summary The Trade Compliance Associate Analyst is responsible for preparing and validating Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (CIPL) for international shipments. The role ensures timely and accurate documentation to support customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Documentation Management Generate Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (CIPL) for export and import shipments. Verify shipment details, product descriptions, quantities, values, Incoterms, and country of origin. Ensure all shipping documents comply with customer and customs requirements. Customs & Compliance Support Coordinate with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, and Internal Stakeholders.…
