Nextpower seeks a creative and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer for a position on the mechanical structures team. This engineer will be responsible for designing steel frame components to support Nextpower’s goal of leading industry-wide adoption of steel frame technology. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: Contribute to new product development within the steel frame product line. Support assessing manufacturability of proposed new steel frame designs. Travel to frame suppliers to learn how best to manufacture frames and propose new ideas and designs as a result. Develop steel frame products and support engineering design work.…
