Willkommen. Wir suchen eine/n hochmotivierten und detailorientierten Investment Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Investment-Teams. Die ideale Besetzung spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Unterstützung von NeXtWinds M&A- und Finanzierungsaktivitäten, Post-Akquisitions-Integration, Projektbewertungen, Wertschöpfungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen. Der Investment Analyst/Manager (m/w/d) ist vorwiegend zuständig für die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Finanzmodellen und Bewertungen sowie die Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Investitionsgremien. Außerdem unterstützt er bei der Identifikation, Analyse und Umsetzung von Akquisitions- und Investitionsmöglichkeiten und übernimmt die Leitung von Due-Diligence-Workstreams.…
