About The Transformation Process Lead is responsible for driving governance, process standardization, business transformation, and operational excellence across RMS platforms, including GRFE, SIRVAL, MADRAS, and related systems. The role serves as the key liaison between business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements, releases, UAT activities, compliance, and global deployments. Key Responsibilities Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, controls, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across RMS operations. Support audit, quality, risk management, and compliance initiatives. RMS Process Ownership Act as SME for RMS applications including GRFE, SIRVAL, and MADRAS.…
