About At NielsenIQ, UAT Support will provide expert knowledge and support through standard defined procedures. Responsible for the UAT of new functionalities across Output application, escalation of issues identified during the testing for all applications, procedures and systems. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, raise defects, support tickets for issues raised/identified, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all issues and queries.
