It takes a recruiting machine: the systems, the processes, and the operational rigor that make great hiring repeatable instead of heroic.
This role builds that machine. Partnering directly with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the operational backbone of recruiting — the person who turns a vision for how hiring should work into the processes, data discipline, and Greenhouse rigor that make it real and hold up across the next 200–300 hires.
