About the Role
Nightingale College is looking for a New Learner Compliancy Specialist III, Credential Support to join our high-impact community. In this role, you'll manage a high-volume caseload of up to 450 newly admitted Learners, guiding them through every step of their Experiential Learning (EL) credentialing journey. You'll be the steady, knowledgeable presence Learners need when navigating vendor accounts, documentation, and screenings — and a mentor to newer team members building their own expertise
What You'll Do
Guides learners in creating third-party vendor accounts, uploading documentation, and completing background checks and drug screenings.
Provides guidance on navigating credentialing systems and interpreting College and EL requirements.…
