职务描述 总体要求： 初级职位，可接受应届毕业生。 具备执行日常工作的基本技能。 执行规定流程和完成工作。 在严密监督下或者明确规定程序下工作。 主要岗位职责： 销售和服务： 1.协助顾客选择和购买产品。 2.协助顾客获取产品资料和相关信息。 运营相关技能和意识： 1.保持商店整洁美观、备货、协助商店清洁工作 2.主动学习，增加顾客服务、零售数学、产品知识以及耐克具体零售政策和程序等零售基本原理和专业知识。 3.履行分配的其他职责，包括但不限于：处理到货、为产品标明价格或者贴标签、进行实际存货检查和进行商品美观陈列。 4.主动提供顾客服务以协助预防损失工作。了解入店行窃或者内部偷窃的预警征兆，即时向主管报告可疑活动。
