About this role

Shift: N1: T/W/TH and every other Monday – 5:30 pm – 5:30 am WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH As a Maintenance Team Coach, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Leadership, Safety, Facilities, Planning, and Reliability teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians while driving alignment across shifts and functional teams to support operational goals, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
