WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be part of the Converse Global Trend & Expression Design team, working at the intersection of trend, expression and craftsmanship, global sportswear, and fashion culture. This role collaborates closely with partners across Footwear Design, Material Design, Graphic Design, Product Marketing, and Footwear and Color/Material Development to create compelling product expressions that connect with consumers around the world. You will contribute to the ongoing evolution of Converse’s Women’s color strategy through trend research, cultural insights, and best-in-class color execution.
