WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? As the Nike Store Coach (Department Manager for Operations or Consumer Experience) , your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programmes to drive business results. This position is based in our new Nike company-owned store in Bhiwandi, Mumbai . WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? As our Nike Store Coach, you will manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store, including selling and service. You will lead, coach, drive and inspire associates within a designated area. You will be executing and maintaining visual merchandising and selling floor standards.
