About this role
MAJOR FUNCTION Responsible for fulfilling the Product Quality Engineer highly visible role, will ensure the quality of the machine assembled at Nilfisk entities meet or exceed all customer expectations on consistent basis. The function is responsible to lead cross-functional teams to analyze, address and effectively resolve customer product technical failures within in and out – e.g.: safety - of warranty period to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality level improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Product Quality & Corrective Action process Support development & industrialization of the Nilfisk Product Quality reporting system and CA process.
