Department: Technology Development Reports to: Head of Technology Development About the Role Nilfisk is establishing a new technology development team in China to strengthen our global R&D capabilities within floorcare and similar machinery. We are looking for a proactive and technically solid Team Lead who will build, guide and develop a small team of engineers supporting global technology development activities. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a new engineering team supporting global floorcare technology development. Plan and coordinate tasks within CAD development, simulation, and documentation.
