Job Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced Consolidation Team Leader to oversee daily consolidation operations within our warehouse. The role is responsible for leading the consolidation team, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and coordinating with warehouse departments to achieve timely and efficient outbound shipments. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the consolidation team to achieve daily operational targets. Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
