Job Descriptions:  To achieve target level of sort efficiency and sort throughput speed  Maintain an efficient warehouse team, in carrying out relevant sort functions  Using data and physical checks, ensure warehouse sort target efficiency is achieved Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise  Coordinate instructions passed down from the other departments to your respective warehouse team.  Schedule workload equally to the team members  Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks  Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision To ensure no damage to item during loading/unloading.…
