About this role
Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to match the right people with the right opportunities. Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods. Conduct technical interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the process. Partner with internal Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and successful placements. Maintain accurate candidate and job records within our ATS (Bullhorn). Track recruiting metrics to measure progress and drive improvement. Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in technology and engineering fields.…
