About this role

Job Summary Coordinate facility management activities including capital improvement projects and demand/program maintenance and operations activities. Direct supervision of NIPSCO bargaining unit employees and contracted building maintenance services to maintain and operate building systems within NIPSCO/NiSource facilities. Essential Functions Project management, estimates, plans and coordinates facility capital/O&M improvement projects and office planning as necessary to support business and operational needs of the corporation within established capital/O&M budgets. Oversees and directs daily maintenance and operations of bargaining unit building mechanical, MEP, HVAC, activities in compliance with state, local, environmental, safety regulations within established O&M budgets.…
