About this role

***This position can be located at any office with available space within the NiSource service territory*** Job Summary This position shall oversee and provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing Technical and Safety programs, curriculum and materials for NiSource Gas Distribution Operations. Build a strong rapport with internal customers to analyze performance problems and design solutions. Direct and perform such tasks as needs analyses, job task analyses, as well as the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training courses, curriculum and materials.
