About this role
N-iX is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Master to support and coordinate four development teams within ControlExpert. The project is currently moving from an intensive initial delivery phase toward a more structured and sustainable setup. The key objective is to improve team collaboration, delivery flow, transparency, ownership, and cross-team coordination, while helping the teams establish effective and mature ways of working.
