General Claims Associate, Part-Time Student Worker

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and customer-focused part-time General Claims Associate (Student Worker) to join our First Notice of Loss (FNOL) department in our West Trenton office. This role serves as the first point of contact for policyholders, claimants or other parties reporting claims. As part of our FNOL team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries concerning the claim process and collecting essential details about the incident, to accurately and efficiently establish new Auto, Property and Commercial claims.
