About this role

NJM is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Operator (2nd shift) . The Sr. Maintenance Operator will assists with the daily operation of all facility systems, consisting of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, building automation, and backup power systems. Provides instruction and guidance to other staff. Performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs on all facility systems and equipment. Overseeing and working alongside outside contractors on various jobs and PM assignments. Performs minor work assignments as needed on their own or with other maintenance staff. Monitors facility systems by computer, visual inspections, and logged readings. On call as needed when issues or emergencies arise.…
