About this role

At Webfleet, we're looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and results-oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to join our HR team in Amsterdam. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, improving processes through automation and AI, and supporting HR decision-making. What will your role be? You will report directly to the HR Business Partner and support the team by: Analyzing employee engagement survey results and identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for action. Supporting the implementation and deployment of a new HR tool. Creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making. Identifying opportunities to automate and improve HR reporting processes using AI and other digital tools, reducing manual work.…
