As a Digital Employee eXperience (DEX) Specialist, you'll help them get the most value from technology through communication, learning, adoption, and employee engagement. This is a varied and hands-on junior role where no two days are the same. One day you might be delivering a training session, the next creating communication content, exploring new Microsoft capabilities, supporting a pilot, or helping colleagues solve workplace challenges.
