About this role

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape and drive Reward strategy, governance and compensation practices across Nobia Group, ensuring a fair, competitive and transparent approach to rewarding our people. Reward is a strategic enabler that enable us to attract and retain the right people, recognise contribution and make consistent, data-driven and well-informed decisions.
