About this role

Deine Mission Als Technical Advisor (m/w/d) arbeitest du exklusiv auf der Marke Huawei Digital Power und bist die zentrale technische Anlaufstelle für unser Field Service Team. Du sitzt als Spezialist:innenrolle zwischen Projektmanagement und Field Force, ohne Personalverantwortung, und bildest die direkte technische Schnittstelle zu Huawei. Deine Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere: Du bist technische:r Ansprechpartner:in für das Field Service Team bei Fragen zu Huawei Digital Power Produkten. Du analysierst und bewertest komplexe technische Herausforderungen bei Installation und Inbetriebnahme und unterstützt bei Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting.
