MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Total Rewards Partner with benefits and compensation administration, including invoice handling, renewals and audit support.
- Lead or support projects to simplify and automate rewards processes (e.g., participate in design, requirements gathering, implementation, testing and rollout of a salary‑review tool/model).
