Requirements Projektų veiklų planavimas, koordinavimas ir terminų laikymosi užtikrinimas. Komunikacijos tarp projekto dalyvių, tiekėjų ir klientų organizavimas. Projekto dokumentacijos rengimas, administravimas ir ataskaitų teikimas. Rizikų identifikavimas ir problemų sprendimo iniciavimas.
