About the Role We are looking for a solution-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our Nordic Knots team. You will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse and last-mile operations in US flows efficiently and deliver the best customer experience possible. You'll mainly work remote from home, but some travels to our partners in Georgia and South Carolina are needed. Key Responsibilities · Handle our daily fulfillment operations within US. Including warehouse operations at 3PLs and delivery and return operations for our customers. · Dealing with issues that might occur, like mismatch between purchase order and actual shipment, out-of-stock, returns etc. · Release Sales orders to the warehouse and post tracking.…
