Buscamos agentes con dominio del idioma español para ayudar a los suscriptores de Netflix en los países de habla Hispana. Principales responsabilidades • Brindar soporte a los suscriptores de Netflix en los países de habla hispana. • Comunicarse con los usuarios por chat y teléfono. • Ayudar con consultas de facturación y asuntos relacionados con pagos. • Resolver problemas de streaming y cuestiones relacionadas con el contenido. • Guiar a los usuarios en el uso de las funciones de Netflix y en la navegación por la plataforma. Buscamos personas que: • Sean hablantes nativos de español. • Tengan buenos conocimientos de inglés (nivel B2–C1 o superior). • Posean excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.…
