About this role
As Nordic Knots continues to expand globally, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to help strengthen our people operations and ensure they remain reliable, high-quality, and scalable. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to the details of HR while continuously looking for smarter and more effective ways of working. You will work closely with the Head of People and play an important role in translating our people processes into a consistent employee experience across markets.
