Für unsere Division Nonwoven am Produktionsstandort Lüneburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Gruppenleiter (m/w/d), der/die unser Team fachlich und disziplinarisch führt. Wesentliche Zuständigkeiten/Aufgaben: Führung des Teams „Materials Managements“ bestehend aus den Fachgebieten operativer Einkauf und Materialplanung. Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung des Werkes mit Produktions- und Nichtproduktionsmaterialien Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Analysen und Reports, regelmäßiger Bericht über relevante KPIs Organisation und Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten Förderung einer agilen Unternehmenskultur sowie eines offenen und vertrauensvollen Arbeitsumfeldes.
