About this role

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Daily work of production maintains, including ECR, WI updates, IPQC inspections, fixture and equipment inspections, etc., to ensure production flow smoothly. Solve technical problems in daily production, through continuous improvement and innovation, and using methods Poka yoke, FMEA, enhance process reliability and improve build in quality. Collaborate with SQE to analyze the causes of defective parts and promote corrective actions. Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production preparation. Lead or participate in factory improvement projects, Lean activities such as Kaizen, 5S, VSM, etc., simplify processes, and reduce waste.…
