What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Director: As a Claims Director you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Accident Benefits Claims Department work hard to provide support to our clients, assisting them in getting back to normal after an accident. Our Claims Director will direct all activities of the claim’s unit through effective leadership and training of the adjusting staff to ensure service and quality objectives are met. The Claims Director, Accident Benefits is also responsible for supporting the development and implementation of best practices and departmental strategies in the achievement of regional goals for customer service, productivity, and quality.…
