What it’s like to be a Northbridge Underwriting Service Representatives Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters. Reporting into the Manager, Underwriting Services performing administrative tasks that allow the Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, Specialty Risk, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right. Our USRs are passionate about insurance, and use this opportunity to showcase their talents and further their insurance career. They are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a strong desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.…
