OH0713 NW Bancshares HQ Job Description The Compliance Risk Governance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and oversight of the Compliance governance activities, including regulatory change management, issue management, and enterprise-wide compliance metric reporting. This position supports the ongoing effectiveness of the Compliance Management System (CSM) by helping ensure that compliance policies, programs, and procedures remain current, comprehensive, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. The Manager partners with Compliance, first and second line business leaders, Risk, Audit, and Legal to support the consistent execution of regulatory requirements and the timely identification, escalation, and mitigation of emerging risks.…
