What it’s like to be a Data Modeler (Contract) at Northbridge Financial We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler/architect with deep domain expertise in Property & Casualty insurance to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models that support Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Risk, Regulatory and Premium data structures. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, translating complex insurance business requirements into robust, scalable, and well-governed data models that power analytics, reporting, and downstream systems. Success in this role requires a well-rounded mix of technical expertise, business insight, and interpersonal effectiveness, together with the ability to distinguish organizational processes from the technologies used to facilitate them.…
