About this role

The PCB Production Manager, under general supervision, is responsible for directing all activities in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) production unit. Directs activities through Production Supervisors and Engineering Support personnel to attain production goals consistent with safety, quality, delivery, housekeeping, organization, waste elimination and performance objectives. Reviews and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements. Accoun for consistent application of policy and procedures throughout the production unit. Coordinates and leads activities with other functions to achieve continuous improvements in the plant.…
