The Field Supervisor (FS) is the frontline supervisory leader responsible for providing direct, real-time operational leadership and oversight of daily EMS field activities within a high-volume interfacility transport (IFT) and 911 response system. Assigned to a specific geographic zone and shift, the FS ensures safe, efficient, and protocol-compliant operations through consistent deployment, staffing, and unit utilization while maintaining compliance with clinical, operational, and documentation standards. Each Field Supervisor personally owns a defined set of Northwest Ambulance units and is directly accountable for crew performance, clinical quality, documentation accuracy, professional conduct, and annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.…
