About this role
You will own the day-to-day product direction and execution for Hermes Agent, working directly with the Co-Founder to decide what we build, in what order and whether it works for the people using it. This is a hands-on role: you will connect product ambition to clear priorities, help engineering ship and stay close to the community using Hermes every day. Like every role here, this one is a mission, not a narrow lane.
In this role, you will:
- Own the Hermes Agent roadmap, working with the Head of Product to turn product direction into a clear, prioritized plan.
- Run day-to-day product execution, from defining problems and writing specs to coordinating releases and checking whether shipped features deliver the intended result.
