About this role
About the Role At NOVACARD , we're looking for a Legal Contracts & Corporate Affairs Analyst to support NOVAPLAZO and our growing operations in Mexico. You will work across commercial contracting, corporate affairs, AML/KYC compliance, and financial regulation , partnering with Operations, Finance, Product, Commercial, and other teams. What You'll Do Contracts & Corporate Affairs Review, negotiate, and formalize merchant, supplier, and commercial agreements , including NDAs. Review key clauses related to data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and termination. Manage contract documentation, version control, signatures, and corporate files. Support shareholder meetings, powers of attorney, corporate records, and filings before the RPC and SAT.…
