Band Level 7 Job Description Summary The Executive Director, Theranostics Platform Enablement will be accountable for shaping and aligning cross-functional strategies that enable Novartis to sustain and expand Theranostics leadership. The role will strengthen the platform capabilities required to support Radioligand Therapy (RLT) leadership today while enabling future Radioligand Imaging (RLI)-supported growth, including patient identification, site readiness, access, referral flow, treatment capacity, and analytics-driven decision making. The individual will work across the Theranostics ecosystem to align priorities, guide strategic workstreams, and address barriers that limit eligible patients from being identified, referred, accessed, and treated with appropriate RLT medicines.…
