Band Level 4 Job Description Summary Under the direction and guidance of the Head of Assurance, this position is responsible for conducting risk assessments and sample testing within the Annual Compliance Risk Cycle (ACRC), performing local monitoring activities, managing NEM/BCM programs, supporting misconduct investigations, and providing operational support for the Internal Review Committee (IRC). Through these activities, the role is responsible for timely identifying and assessing compliance and integrity risks and issues, verifying that Novartis business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and driving necessary corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.…
