Job Description Summary The Site HSE Specialist is responsible for representing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the assigned site/country by building and maintaining effective relationships with regulatory authorities, external stakeholders, and the public. The role is accountable for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE management systems that support line managers in ensuring compliance with local health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as Novartis HSE policies, standards, and global requirements.
