About this role

NOVENCO Building & Industry is seeking an experienced leader to drive and expand our operations across the DACH region, a key strategic market with significant growth potential. As Managing Director, you will be accountable for overall business performance, strategic market development, and the continued growth of our fan and smoke control solutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you will have full responsibility for NOVENCO GmbH, combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution. You will drive sales growth, build and strengthen local support functions, and take an active lead in key projects, customers, and partnerships to further establish and grow NOVENCO’s presence in the region.…
