The role. We’re hiring a People Operations Generalist to run day-to-day People Ops at our Ferndale facility. You own the employee experience from the signed offer to the last day: offers, onboarding, payroll, employee concerns, records, benefits, offboarding, and site safety support.
You’ll be a visible presence on the factory floor and a careful steward of sensitive information.…
