We need a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to own everything that touches our dock - every inbound mill load, every outbound shipment, every hot shot and parcel. This is a career-track role at a company built for long-term growth.
You will:
- Own all inbound/outbound logistics (FTL, LTL, hot shot, parcel) and manage our CDL drivers plus carrier/broker/3PL relationships
- Source, negotiate, and hold carriers accountable with a scorecard tracking on-time %, damage rate, cost per mile, and claims…
