Performs general facility maintenance and repair, including repairing woodwork; replacing electrical switches, fixtures, and motors; painting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures and drainage systems; and replacing broken glass. 2. Examines facility exterior and interior, and grounds; performs maintenance and minor repairs. 3. Performs weekly door and other safety audits as required. 4.
