We have particular expertise in public and private M&A, debt and equity capital markets, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial advisory matters, and routinely play a role in some of Canada’s most high-profile transactions. Our Calgary office is currently seeking a mid-level securities’ associate to join this group. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have three to five years’ experience in securities, gained in a team environment, assisting on high-value and complex domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional M&A and securities mandates.…
