ROLE OVERVIEW Nscale is seeking a Development Associate to support the development of new AI data center sites across the Americas. Reporting to the Director, Data Center Development, you will work alongside development managers to advance projects from site control through due diligence, entitlement, and permitting to Final Investment Decision (FID). This is a high-exposure role at the center of Nscale’s development engine — you will run diligence workstreams, coordinate consultants, and build the analysis and reporting that keeps a fast-moving portfolio on track, developing the full development-lifecycle toolkit needed to grow into a development manager role.…
