ROLE OVERVIEW Nscale is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support future project deployments and participate in regional programmatic initiatives across North America. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Preconstruction, you will provide professional cost, schedule, risk, and constructability analysis for prospective developments, directly informing business-level decisions on regional capital expenditure. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver immediate feedback on cost drivers — from site characteristics and construction strategy to building design and cost savings — while co-leading project development strategy from the earliest stages of the process.…
